Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on identification of strenghts and weaknesses and especially opportunities and threaths of Bakery Company. It is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on specialized literature. It deals with analysis of external environment, specifically with PEST analysis and Porter's model. After that internal environment analysis follows - analysis of internal elements of company and summarized SWOT analysis. In practical part, there is characterised Bakery Company and all methods are applied subsequently. The end summarizes all knowledge and regarding the work target there are specified conclusions and recommendations.
