Abstract
This thesis focuses on a very important part of business planning. It deals with the planning of human resources in relation to legislative changes in the organization of Třinec Hospital. The aim of this work is to create a plan of minimal staffing, that will meet the requirements for minimum staffing based on the newly adopted Decree No. 99/2012 Coll. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts and new trends in the field of human resources planning, the practical part introduces the reader to the original and new legislation, which the organization in providing medical care has to manage and on which basis is subsequently developed a plan of necessary personal changes to ensure the minimal staffing.
