Abstract

Master thesis deals with the introduction of a Human Machine Interface for Assembly Lines in the company Koyo Bearings Česká republika s.r.o. The aim of master thesis is to analyze the current state and come up with a new solution for collecting data from production and to improve the overview of production in the current time for assembly lines. The theoretical part discusses theoretical knowledge in the field of modern approach to production management, dynamic improvement, mapping process, Microsoft Visual Basic for Application and VBA language. The practical part contains detailed analyzes of the current state in the field of data collection and archiving for production lines. Using Swimlane analysis, the process of release in the field of assembly was mapped. Furthermore, the practical part deals with a detailed description of the Human Machine Interface using Microsoft Excel as an interface for input and output, their interconnection together provides programmed macros in Microsoft Visual Basic for Application.
