Abstract
This thesis deals with monitoring the electrical resistance of intelligent tools of nitride ceramics with coated a resistive layer. The first part is theoretically dismantled cutting ceramic, tool wear and electrical resistance. The main part deals with analysis of the experiment and processing of measured data obtained during turning. In conclusion then summarizes the results of measurements.
