Konstrukční řešení přesuvny palet

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the transfer pallets, therefore only the pallet transfer conveyor. I propose three solutions: chain, roller and belt conveyor. The resulting roller conveyor variant consists of 3 modules. The conveyor is stopped for loading the pallet by the robot and then for picking up the pallet from the conveyor. Pallet movement is ensured by powered rollers.
