Racionalizace výroby balících strojů v potravinářském průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na racionalizační kroky ve výrobě balicích strojů v potravinářském průmyslu. Nalezneme v ní nejen teoretická, ale zejména praktická řešení pro zvýšení efektivity výroby. Na základě posouzení současného stavu výroby a specifikovaných problémů jsou navržena eliminační řešení. Výhody a nevýhody těchto kroků jsou následně srovnány a vyhodnoceny. Dále v práci nalezneme zajímavé informace v oblasti balení potravinářských produktů, plánování a organizování výroby. Komplexní posouzení dosažených výsledků a výhody realizovaných kroků jsou pak uvedeny v závěru diplomové práce.

The thesis is focused on labor-saving steps in the manufacture of packaging machines for the food industry. We can find in it not only theoretical but especially practical solutions for increasing production efficiency. Based on assessment of the current state of production and specified problems elimination solutions are proposed. Advantages and disadvantages of these steps are then compared and evaluated. Further in the thesis we will find interesting information in a field of the packaging of food products, planning and organizing production. Complex assessment of the achievements and benefits of realized steps are then pointed out in the end of the thesis.
