Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis "Modification of Employee Remuneration System in a Selected Organization" was to analyze current system of employee remuneration and in case of any imperfection found out to suggest recommendation to improve the situation in this area. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of remuneration and describes all elements of the remuneration system. The practical part is based on an analysis of the current state. In order to get the infomation, the survey was made. According to the survey results the main problems were defined and the recommendations which could lead to the improving the current remuneration system were suggested.
