Abstract
Diploma thesis is directed to the use of computer technology in measurement and control, especially to the communication of PLC systems with laboratory models used at the department of control systems and instrumentation. It is divided into three parts. The first describes visualization software Control Web 6.1. The second involves of hardware equipment of PLC and software CoDeSys for programming applications . At the end of the work are designed changes in two laboratory stands and realized control by programmable logic controllers. Second laboratory model presents MIMO system and there is also realized Model Predictive Control.
