The Master thesis focuses on improving the company's production rate to sustain itself in the competitive market. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a comprehensive understanding of the production process and the methods to identify the bottlenecks. The analyzes conducted to determine the constraints in the production process have resulted in a new layout for the production line and a new fixture design for the phones. The new layout and fixture design will significantly reduce production costs and increase the company's production capacity. The thesis provides valuable insights for the company to expand its production rate in the future, ensuring maximum capacity utilization and optimizing its resources.
