Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a roller conveyor for the transport of longer bars of circular cross – section. The introduction analyses the types of conveyors. In the next part of the thesis, the conveyor designs prepared according to the requirement sheet are described. According to the multi-criteria analysis, the most suitable variant is selected. In the last part, the optimal variant is elaborated in detail. Control calculations were performed in this document. The document contains a 3D model of the conveyor, an assembly drawing of the conveyor, an assembly drawing of a roller part with bearings and production drawing of the sprocket on the motor.
