Potenciál využití racionalizace u extruzních linek

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the benefits of rationalization methods applied to production processes. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis sets out the basic methods of rationalization and their use. Methods of continuous improvement of the company and selected methods of lean production are also mentioned. Based on the theoretical basis, an analysis of the current state of operation of extrusion line 2 in the company Lanex a.s. From the findings of the analysis of the current state, a diagram of causes and consequences is compiled, from which the causes with the highest share of the increased price of products were selected. In the end, the procedure of solving individual problems and the overall evaluation of the benefit of the recommended measures is defined.
