Analýza vlivu tepelného zpracování na mechanické vlastnosti oceli P460

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem tepelného zpracování na mechanické vlastnosti oceli P460NH. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku zkoušené oceli, zápustkové kování a možnosti tepelného zpracování výkovků. Experimentální část se skládá z technologického postupu výroby výkovku „příruba“ a porovnání tří různých průběhů normalizačního žíhání na odlišných linkách tepelného zpracování. Následuje rozbor mikrostruktury a porovnání dosažených mechanických vlastností s vyslovením závěrů.

This thesis deals with the influence of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of steel P460NH.. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of the test steel, die forging and the possibility of heat treatment of forgings. The experimental part consists of the technological process of production of forging the "flange" and a comparison of the three different waveforms of the normalization annealing at different routes of heat treatment. Followed by analysis of the microstructure and comparing the achieved mechanical properties with saying the conclusions.
