Nedestruktivní zkoušení karbonových materiálů jízdních kol

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá nedestruktivními zkouškami karbonových materiálů jízdních kol. V úvodu je popsán řešený problém. Následně jsou popsány nejpoužívanější způsoby výroby karbonových rámů. Dále jsou popsány možné nedestruktivní zkoušky pro řešení daného problému. Pro potřeby ověření výsledků nedestruktivních zkoušek jsou provedeny zkoušky destruktivní. Následně jsou uvedeny realizované nedestruktivní zkoušky a jejich výsledky. Na závěr je zpracován návrh metodiky pro zkoušení karbonových materiálů.

This master thesis deals with non-destructive testing of carbon materials for bicycles. In the introduction is described problem. Thereafter are described the most commonly used methods of carbon frame production. Possible non-destructive tests to solve problem are also described. To check the results of non-destructive tests are implemented destructive tests. Subsequently, the non-destructive tests are performed and their results are presented. Finally is elaborated a proposal for a methodology for the testing of carbon materials.
