The thesis deals with deviations of circularity and waviness in components machined by grinding. The introduction of the thesis focuses on the issues related to the topic, measurement methods, and types of measuring devices. Measurement instruments such as Talyrond 73 and coordinate measuring machine Zeiss Prismo were used to determine the values, investigating the accuracy errors of both machines and determining the measurement methodology error for circularity deviation. The thesis also pays attention to surface roughness, examining the dependence of component irregularities on geometric deviations. Graphical evaluation of the measured values of these deviations was performed, where the deviations of the measuring devices were determined. The suitability of the circularity measurement methodology using the coordinate measuring machine was determined through static calculations.
