Návrh nové pohonné stanice pásového dopravníku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of a new power station reconstructed conveyor belt in which there should be an increase in traffic enforcement and in which should be used another drive arrangements, than in the previous one. It is divided into four main chapters, which are accompanied by a short introduction and conclusion. The first of four chapters deals with the transport belt as a complex, its principles and methods of how to propel the conveyor belt. The following chapter sets out the objectives of this thesis and another chapter discusses issues that refer to the concrete proposal of a new drive and its design. Four main chapters concluding chapter, which deals with various calculations for components and units. This chapter has gone through elected power, through power analysis in the frame of the drive and the driving drum, to check calculations and analysis of the most important parts by using the methods of FEM. The aim of this work was to create the most comprehensive proposal for a new driving unit, in which every essential element required for proper operation and adequate life of the engine will be controlled. Annexes of this thesis are drawing documentation of power station, drawings of the most important components of the drive and many results of FEM analysis, which were too large, so they cannot be put in the thesis.
