Indukční pájení trubkových rozvodů z vysokolegovaných ocelí

Abstract

This thesis deals with the induction soldering pipes from high-alloy steels . The first theoretical part describes basic informations about pipe from high-alloy steel. The next chapter is focused on defects that arise during induction soldering . Next part describes soldering, fluxes, characteristic of induction soldering and influence parameters on the creation of perfect join. There are also analyzed solder based on copper and devices used for induction soldering . The experimental section describes induction soldering in the company EFD Induction, experiments of induction soldering pipes from high-alloy steel made in ZKL Hanušovice and the choice of device for induction soldering . In the following part of the thesis are summarized operations after induction soldering. The end of the thesis evaluates achieved results.
