Elektrohydraulické řízení chladicího zařízení mobilního stroje

Abstract

Úkolem této diplomové práce je navrhnout hydraulický pohon pro chladicí zařízení mobilního stroje. První část se zabývá konstrukčními řešeními řízení a pohonu chlazení mobilního stroje. Další část obsahuje tři alternativní řešení pohonu, specifikaci a stručný popis jednotlivých variant. Z definovaných variant jsem vybral nejvhodnější řešení (elektrohydraulické řízení chlazení pomocí proporcionálního ventilu), pro které jsem provedl základní výpočet včetně specifikace jednotlivých vybraných hydraulických prvků. Poslední část se zabývá naprogramování proporcionálního ventilu k řízení chladicího zařízení mobilního stroje.

The aim of my thesis is to propose a hydraulic drive for cooling equipment of the mobile machine. The first part deals with the design solutions of kontrol and drive in cooling of the mobile machine. From the defined options. I have chosen the best solution (electro-hydraulic cooling drive with using proportional valve) for which. I performed the basic calculation including the specifications of individual hydraulic components. The last part deals with the programming of a proportional valve to control the cooling equipment of the mobile machine.
