Uplatnění metodiky štíhlé výroby v praxi

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá metodikou implementace štíhlé výroby, a to konkrétně metodou 5S. Úvodem práce je rozebraná teoretická problematika štíhlé výroby. Následujícím krokem je seznámení se společností Preciz, s.r.o. a jeho výrobního portfolia. Závěrem práce je analyzování pracoviště vertikálního broušení a rozebrání největších nedostatků pracoviště. Dalším krokem je implementace 5S a jeho zhodnocení a přínos pro podnik.

The diploma thesis deals with the methodology of application of lean manufacturing, namely 5S. The introduction of the thesis is the examination of theoretical problems of lean production. In the following step we can get acquainted with Preciz, s.r.o. and its production portfolio. In the final part of the thesis there is an analysis of the workplace of vertical grinding and investigation of the major workplace deficiencies. The next step is the implementation of 5S and its appreciation and benefits for the enterprise.
