Svařování elektrovodných vodičů na bázi hliníku

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the methodology of arc welding with a non-melting tungsten electrode and inert gas of aluminum conductors. The introduction is a theoretical approach to welding methodology, description of technology by TIG method, other methods suitable for welding aluminium alloys and their parameters. In the experimental part of the thesis there is the procedure of the created samples, which are subsequently tested by destructive tests of welded joints, namely metallographic tests, bending, tension and hardness by the Vickers method. The obtained results were evaluated according to criteria imposed on the given types of products.
