Abstract

This thesis is devoted to marketing research staff satisfaction. On the basis of a questionnaire carried out in the company, was found overall employee satisfaction. With this questionnaire was designed to continue this trend, or as satisfaction even better. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes the marketing, marketing research and its gradual implementation. Furthermore, the methods of marketing research, job satisfaction and motivation. The second chapter is a brief description of the company. The principle of the survey, a third charter. In the fourth chapter are designed proposals and recommendations for an even better running of the company.
