Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis is to analyze customer behavior in the market contactless payment and suggest company GE Money Bank, a.s., appropriate recommendations. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the contactless payments market, the characteristics of the various types of contactless payments and Near field communication. It is focused on explaining the concepts of customer purchase behavior, factors influencing consumer behavior and their attitudes. The practical part deals with data collection methods based on focus group and the survey and evaluation of research results. The conclusion is devoted to suggestions and recommendations for company GE Money Bak, a. s., indentified based on research results and analysis.
