Abstract

This diploma thesis analyzes the development of approaches to quality economy. In introductory chapter the company for which the diploma thesis is written is briefly characterized. The following part treat of three basic areas of quality economy, from which the most attention was given to measuring of the quality costs. In this part each particular groups of quality costs and approaches to monitoring these costs are described in detail. In the practical part of this diploma thesis the analysis of actual situation in organization is carried out. At the basis of this analysis some improvement possibilities of the system related to the quality system in organization are proposed. Then the improved methodology of costs measuring related to the quality system using combination of the PAF and the COPQ Model is proposed and a demonstration of collected data analysis is shown. An evaluation of the proposal is processed in the concluding part.
