Abstract
The dissertation focuses on the determination and evaluation of physical properties of high-pressure hydraulic hoses. The determination of the properties of hydraulic hoses can help to better define the behaviour of hoses in hydraulic circuits. Based on the knowledge of hydraulic capacity, modulus of elasticity, the effect of braid angle and other parameters of hydraulic hoses, a mathematical model including dynamic properties can be defined. These parameters are not mentioned by the hydraulic hose manufacturers and are needed for the correct definition of the mathematical model of the hydraulic hose. As part of the work, experimental devices were be set up to measure the properties of hydraulic hoses, which were then be used to define the parameters of the hoses in simulations. The aim of the work is to simulate the influence of hydraulic hoses on the dynamic processes in the hydraulic system with long pipe and to verify their experimentally determined properties.
