Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on customer engagement behavior in marketing on a horse-equipment market. The aim was to detect motivational factors which leads respondents to this engagement behavior and to measure customer satisfaction with products bought on e-shop Veroniq. The research was held online while using CAWI method and was filled by 52 e-shop customers and 221 other respondents. Based on analysis of the results, recommendation for the e-shop were made.
