Porovnání standardní a prediktivní regulace

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the implementation and comparison of control algorithms on the laboratory system Water World. Three variants of PID controllers were implemented in the TIA Portal environment and a model predictive controller was also created in MATLAB with communication over TCP/IP. Before implementing the control, a static characterization of the proportional valve was created, and the system dynamics were identified. ISE and ITAE integration criteria were used to evaluate the quality of the control. The results show the differences between the approaches in terms of accuracy, response speed and overall suitability for the application. The solution also includes a visualization created in WinCC to monitor and control the system.
