Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the extension of the assembly line for manufacture of locks Lancia 846 and Fiat 500 of the rear seat in the company Brano Group, a. s. because of entering of new orders. At the beginning of the current layout is assessed and analyzed the location of technological process of assembling existing line. Due to increased volume production needs of locks extension of the existing line was agreed in terms of assembly technology, which enables more efficient production. The technical work is preparation of a new technology, detailed analysis of workstations on the line and the new technological process. Technical economic evaluation assesses the benefits of this innovative design and its flexibility. The project is an illustration of an economic solution in terms of efficiency of the assembly process and also use of existing workspace.
