Abstract

This bachelor thesis is deal with optimalizations of the Checks-ins at airports. It will be find out necesery time for standard Check-in In, nedded time for Check of luggage and Check of passenger´s papers. Necesery information are measured for every single check-in. Check-in time is different base on number of passengers and thein luggages. In this thesis is proposed model system of using the queuing theory. Base on results of period of individual check-in it will be find out average time of check-in. According to results of queuing theory is proposed optimal number of check-in wickets in departure lounge, which should be opened for easy operation at the airport. The optimalization is proposed as universal model and can be use in any airports in variable flights.
