Měření sil při obrábění "umělého dřeva" na modelářském stroji Shapeoko2

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the measurement of the sizes of cutting forces arising during the machining of artificial (synthetic) wood on the modeling machine Shapeoko2. The introductory theoretical part of the work deals with the cutting forces arising during milling and the parameters affecting their size. The next chapter describes the methods of measuring cutting forces. This is followed by a brief search of the current issues of measuring forces in woodworking. Furthermore, the design of the experiment is described in detail in the work, immediately followed by its implementation on the Shapeoko2 modeling machine. Finally, the data measured during the experiment are evaluated and compared with each other, in order to be able to approximately determine the forces generated during machining in the work environment and thus adjust the machining conditions.
