Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the control of electric drives. The thesis contains theory that deals with information on the design and control of different types of electric drives. It also includes the design of three types of drives on which the implementation and programming of the above applications are carried out. The design also includes a list of suitable components for the circuitry. The next part of the bachelor thesis is the practical part, in which the practical implementation of the drives in the form of proper wiring and placement of the selected components is elaborated. The second part of the practical part consists of programming the specified applications in Codesys environment and performing the visualization in Labview environment. After verifying the functionality of each application, the last part of this work proceeded to the design of the documentation for the exercise.
