Hodnocení nástrojů politiky zaměstnanosti zemí Visegrádské čtyřky

Abstract

Influencing the level of employment is an integral part of each country's economic policy. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the employment policy instruments of the Visegrád Group Countries. The tools were evaluated using descriptive, regression and correlation analyses. Subsequently, these tools were assessed through benchmarking. The results of the analyzes show that the most effective employment policy is implemented by Hungary, followed by the Czech Republic and Poland. The least effective employment policy is implemented by the Slovak Republic.
