Abstract
The theme of this Bachelor thesis is to Analysis the Possibility of Opening Student Tearoom. The aim of this research is to identify if there is a place on the restaurant market in the student´s dormitory and if the potentional customers will accept and visit that new business. The theoretical part presents the surrounding restaurants in the student´s dormitory, their ambience and ambience of other student´s tearooms and coffee-bars in the Czech republic. In addition, it interprets launching of a new service, such as tearoom or coffe-bar. The practical part is driven by questionnare to analyse the possibility of the opening a new business and suggest solutions.
