Analýza možností otvorenia študentské čajovne

Abstract

Témou tejto bakalárskej práce je analyzovať možnosti otvorenia novej študentskej čajovne. Hlavným cieľom práce je zistiť, či je miesto na trhu reštauračných zariadení na študentskom internáte a či by potenciálny zákazníci priali a navštevovali nové zariadenie. Teoretická časť poukazuje na okolie reštauračných zariadení na študentskom internáte, ich prostredie a prostredie iných študentských čajovní a kaviarní v Českej republike. Okrem toho interpretuje zavedenie novej služby ako je čajovňa či kaviareň. V praktickej časti sa pomocou dotazníkového šetrenia následne analyzujú možnosti otvorenia nového zariadenia a navrhnú sa riešenia.

The theme of this Bachelor thesis is to Analysis the Possibility of Opening Student Tearoom. The aim of this research is to identify if there is a place on the restaurant market in the student´s dormitory and if the potentional customers will accept and visit that new business. The theoretical part presents the surrounding restaurants in the student´s dormitory, their ambience and ambience of other student´s tearooms and coffee-bars in the Czech republic. In addition, it interprets launching of a new service, such as tearoom or coffe-bar. The practical part is driven by questionnare to analyse the possibility of the opening a new business and suggest solutions.
