Abstract

This thesis is focused on development of approaches to processes performance indicators control at medium size machinery company. The purpose of the study is to design new performance indicators, which fullfil requirements of relevant standards and provide information about process behavior that will be usefull for process management. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to bases for measuring performance in advanced quality management systems. The practical part analyse requirements of the relevant standards and the current approach to measuring the performance in organization, which leads to the subsequent implementation of an improved process performance measurement system.
