Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je získávání a výběr zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je využití teoretických poznatků z první části bakalářské práce a na jejich základě v druhé části, kterou je část praktická, analyzovat systém získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti AUTEL, a.s. Klíčovou metodou, která je při analýze systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti AUTEL, a.s. použita, je dotazníkové šetření a osobní konzultace s vedením společnosti. Na základě výsledků dotazníku a poskytnutých informací jsou společnosti představeny případné návrhy a zlepšení, které může v budoucnu realizovat a zajistit tak efektivnější průběh celého systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí postupu a výsledků bakalářské práce a osobnímu posouzení, zda byl splněn její předdefinovaný cíl.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the recruitment and employee selection. The aim of the work is to use theoretical knowledge of the first part of this bachelor thesis and on the basis of the second part, which is the practical part, to analyze the system of finding and selecting employees in the AUTEL company, Inc. The key method for recruitment and employee selection in the AUTEL company, Inc. is a questionnaire and a personal counsel with the company management. The questionnaire results and the given information suggest possible further improvements. These may ensure the efficient process of the entire recruitment and employee selection system. The conclusion of the thesis is the summary of the progress, the results of the thesis and personal assessment of whether the predefined aim was achieved.
