Etické problémy na pracovišti

Abstract

The aim of the work is students determine the prevalence of unethical issues in the workplace. Based on the questionnaire, we review the incidence of mobbing, bossing, sexual harassment and discrimination. First, we explain the concepts based on naštudovanej scientific literature. Prepare a research in which we detect whether the respondents have met with unethical problems in the workplace. The research we used a questionnaire. We have found that employees are much more likely to have met with mobbingom as bossingom. Based on the designed questionnaire provide solutions and options for improving relationships at work.
