Abstract
The purpose of the master thesis is to project and construct a device for operating life
tests of conveyor rollers. The belt conveyor with all its components is described in the
introduction of this dissertation. Followingly, there are overviews of the basic diversification
of conveyor rollers and the selection of goods from Transroll company. The chosen tested
rolled is described in greater detail (load pressure, tension parameters, fatigue calculation of
conveyors). In the conclusion, the individual propositions (gear box, engine, belt gear) and the
solidity calcualtions (shaft, bearings, frame of weighting device) are stated.
