Racionalizace procesu výroby olejových hadic

Abstract

The Thesis is focused on rationalization of the production process of oil hoses. The introduction describes function of oil hoses in the car and materials, which is produced. Next chapter describe the existing process of production semiproduct hose and process of forming. Analyze machine availability, capacity of production and seeking a bottleneck. Meantime, I suggest measures for cost reduction of product. In this thesis are graphically presented cost reduction on wages, overheads and materials for each operation and the final effect in standard and variable costs at formed piece.
