Abstract
This diploma thesis assesses the reliability and maintenance costs of three generations of Case Puma CVX tractors. The theoretical part describes the methods used to calculate the reliability. The practical part is a demonstration of calculations and comparison of the reliability of individual subassemblies and entire tractors. Then the maintenance costs of individual tractors are compared.
