Abstract

The thesis was divided into three key chapters which follow each other individually. Each chapter has its own importance and helps to meet the set target, which is to determine the market value of an enterprise engaged in organic plant and animal production for its eventual sale. The first chapter outlines the concepts related to the company the theoretical principles and practice of valuation, the characteristics of different methods, organic farming, its development, including statistical data, the conditions for obtaining subsidies, developments in the field of organic farming, their implications and applications in business practice and the market along with an illustrative example of the benefits and risks to workers, companies, customers, suppliers, society, ecology and economics. In the first half of the practical part is focused on the specific case of economic evaluation and business AGROMIKŠ When I applied the substance's valuation method, which falls within the equity method, along with the financial statements of the company. Includes description of company law and the main line of business. The second section meets the requirement of the practical field of sport management, focus also on the sports field, so I, as a suitable subject of my theme on organic farming, nutrition and chosen sport. I concentrated on six basic elements of nutrition on the carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins and supplements, which usually proceed from organic farming and its use in foods that athletes and sports-active people consume.
