Výběr neživotního pojištění rekreační budovy pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Cílem práce je výběr pojištění rekreační budovy pomocí aplikace vícekriteriálních metod rozhodování. První část práce vymezuje teoretická východiska neživotního pojištění se zaměřením na pojištění majetku obyvatelstva. Další část práce je věnována popisu vícekriteriálních metod rozhodování. V této kapitole jsou popsány prvky rozhodování, fáze rozhodování a způsoby pro transformaci a normování dat. Detailně je popsána Saatyho a bodovací metoda pro stanovení vah kritérií, a dále metoda analytického hierarchického procesu (AHP) a metoda váženého součtu pro vícekriteriální hodnocení variant. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou analyzovány produkty všech pojišťoven, které nabízí pojištění rekreačních budov. V poslední kapitole jsou aplikovány popsané metody pro výběr nejlepší varianty pojištění rekreační budovy. Model rozhodování tvoří Saatyho metoda a AHP, přičemž pro ověření robustnosti výsledků byly použity bodovací metoda a metoda váženého součtu. Na základě výsledku těchto modelů je vybrána a subjektu doporučena nejlepší varianta.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of multi-criteria decision-making. The aim of the thesis is to select the optimal insurance policy for a recreational building through the application of multi-criteria decision-making methods. The first part of the thesis outlines the theoretical foundations of non-life insurance, with a focus on personal property insurance. The next section is devoted to the description of multi-criteria decision-making methods. This chapter describes the elements of decision-making, the phases of the decision process, and methods for data transformation and normalization. It provides a detailed description of Saaty's method and the scoring method for determining criteria weights, followed by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Weighted Sum Approach for the multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives. The fourth chapter analyzes the products of all insurance companies that offer recreational building insurance. In the final chapter, the described methods are applied to select the best insurance option for a recreational building. The decision-making model consists of Saaty's method and AHP, while the scoring method and the Weighted Sum Approach were used to verify the robustness of the results. Based on the outcomes of these models, the best alternative is selected and recommended to the subject.
