Návrh úprav zplyňovacího zařízení na biomasu v Teplárně Žiar nad Hronom

Abstract

This thesis deals with equipment for the gasification of wood chips and boiler K6 power of 75 t / h of steam heating plant located in Žiar Hronom. The first part deals with general issues of gasification, lists the different types of gasification. Another part deals with the gasification equipment and boiler K6 in Žiar nad Hronom (a detailed description of the device). The work includes the calculation of the heat balance of fuel for the boiler K6 and techno-economic evaluation of the benefits of reconstruction. The work includes the proposed adjustment of facilities to increase operational reliability, which is the processed as a drawing. In the drawings is also processed by drawing of K6 boiler and gasification unit.
