Abstract

Master thesis deals with coaxial speed-increasing gearbox with helical gears design according to given nominal parameters. The introduction of master thesis is focused on various solutions of speed-increasing gearboxes and application range. Then the summary of possible lubricating and cooling methods of the gears and bearings is mentioned. The designed concept of the speed-increasing gearbox is described in detail in this thesis. It contains the description of the gearbox design and also operating and assembly recommendations. The main part of the thesis is focused on design calculations of machine parts to ensure the speed-increasing gearbox serviceability. Further, the FEM modal analysis of the countershaft is performed. The conclusion is focused on lubrication system of gears, bearing and the cooler design. The assembly and production drawings are attached to the master thesis appendix.
