The content of this master thesis is focusing on the Design of an Experiment for Human Factor Research by Means of Flight Simulator – The Issue of MCC. The introductory chapter describes the causes of aircraft accidents. The following chapters are dedicated to the human factors, model of human factors, human performance and limitations and human error. The last two chapters are devoted to the description of the Multi Crew Cooperation and Crew Recourse Management and and to the design of the experiment for MCC experiment ona flight simulator. At the conclusion of this thesis are listed examples of call-outs, standard operating procedures and checklists.
