Zhodnocení úrovně angažovanosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate current level of employee engagement in a selected company, to identify factors affecting employee engagement and to provide suggestions and recommendations to the management of the selected company. The theoretical part is focused on clarification of terms motivation, job satisfaction, commitment and engagement. There are also defined engagement factors through the most important engagement models and methods of the evaluation employee engagement. The practical part consists of the characteristics of the selected company and analysis of current employee engagament level on the basis of which are provided suggestions and recommendations.
