Abstract

We deal with the description of transport company establishment in this diploma work. We present laws, which are necessary to practise road transport, we create entrepreneurial intent, which describes basic informations about planned company. We deal with financial analysis of investment and operating capital and with budget of loss and return in chapter about founding budget. In conclusion of this work we evaluate profitabilty of this transport company.
