Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of the two-stage baling press machine for a processing lightweight metal waste. The pressing lid ensures the first pressing stage, the pusher to press ensures the second stage. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. The theoretical part deals with baling press machines available on the market. The presses are accompanied with technical specifications and pictures. The practical part is focused on the particular design, a description of design nodes and check calculations. These parts are supplemented with schemes and pictures. The strength checking of chosen parts is accomplished using finite elements method. The drawing documentation is a part of the thesis.
