Posouzení systému vzdělávání v podmínkách SmVaK Ostrava a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor work deals with education and further development of education which is an integral part of a personal system in each company. For my work, I choose Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s. The theoretical part explains basic terms relating to the topics and possible educational methods. The work emphasises importance of further development of personnel education. The work also provides basic information about the chosen company. In the practical part, I focused on motivation factors and personnel satisfaction with their education. On the basis of an questionnaire and assessment of results, I have proposed possible changes that would improve and increase quality of education development for employees working in the company.
