Abstract

Thesis is dealing with air carrier information systems. There are some basic terms and analyses of present state in the introduce part. Second part define how does information system work and make partition of them to a number of categories. The last part is oriented to the information system for customers, there are made analyzes of possible improvements and ways of the modern trends of their development.
