Stanovení statických charakteristik clon

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of mineral oil flow through selected orifice geometries. The literature review was divided into three sections. The first one focused on the physical properties of mineral oils, followed by a study on laminar and turbulent flow. In the last part of the research, the elements for the control of the flow size were described. In the laboratory of hydraulic mechanisms, an experimental device was designed and assembled on which the experiment was carried out for selected diameters or geometries of the orifice, respectively. In this implementation, the static characteristics of the investigated orifice types were determined, as well as their temperature dependence and the influence of the outlet pressure. During the experiment, data were measured and then averaged for the necessary variables. The data were graphically evaluated and partial results and conclusions of the experiment were drawn from them.
