Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the development of a business plan for setting up a pastry establishment. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the market for confectionery products, identify opportunities and threats in this area, and propose a strategy for successful business. The beginning of the bachelor's thesis includes the theoretical part followed by the practical part, where the pastry establishment itself was set up. Furthermore, there is a summary and recommendations for the implementation of the business plan, which mention all the proposals and key factors to achieve success in the gastronomy industry.
